FairNoiz is designed with your privacy in mind. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
No Data Collection FairNoiz does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying details. There are no user accounts.
Local Storage Only All app data — including your preferences and settings — is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to external servers.
In-App Purchases FairNoiz offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional sounds. Purchase transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed via RevenueCat, a third-party purchase management platform. RevenueCat may process limited purchase-related data (such as transaction identifiers) as required to validate and restore purchases. This data is governed by RevenueCat’s privacy policy, not ours. FairNoiz itself does not receive or store any payment or billing information.
Third-Party Services Beyond RevenueCat for purchase management, FairNoiz does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Children’s Privacy FairNoiz does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
