This Privacy Policy explains how iPrep (“the app,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information. Please read it carefully. By using iPrep, you agree to the practices described here.
Private by design
iPrep is built to be private. The app has no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact information. Your study progress, answers, scores, bookmarks, and settings are stored only on your device.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect or store your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, or any account credentials, because the app has no login or account system. Your practice history, quiz results, weak area statistics, bookmarks, exam date, and preferences stay on your device and are not uploaded to any server we control.
Purchases
iPrep offers a free tier and paid full access through subscriptions and one time purchases. Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your credit card number or payment details.
To manage entitlements and validate purchases, we use RevenueCat, Inc. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat receives purchase and receipt information from Apple along with a randomly generated app user identifier and standard device information. RevenueCat does not receive your name or email address. RevenueCat’s privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
Analytics and app performance
To understand how people use iPrep and to find and fix usability and performance problems, we use UXCam. UXCam collects usage and diagnostic information such as taps, gestures, screens viewed, session length, crashes, and device and operating system details. This information is used only to improve the app.
UXCam is configured to help protect your privacy, and because the app has no accounts and collects no contact information, this analytics data is not tied to your real world identity. UXCam’s privacy policy is available at https://uxcam.com/privacy-policy.
Data stored on your device
Most of what iPrep records lives only on your device, including your answers, scores, progress, weak area statistics, bookmarks, exam date, and settings. If you delete the app, this on device data is removed with it.
Children’s privacy
iPrep is intended for adults preparing for professional certification exams. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Third party services
The third party services used by iPrep are:

Purchases are transacted through Apple. Apple’s handling of your data is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
Your choices
Because we do not collect contact information and have no accounts, there is no profile to access or delete on our side. You can stop all on device data collection by deleting the app. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. You can limit certain device level tracking through your device’s privacy settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
