What FairNoiz Does FairNoiz is an iOS app that provides sleep and focus sounds to help you rest and concentrate. Core features are free with no ads. An optional one-time in-app purchase is available to unlock additional sounds.
License You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use FairNoiz on your Apple devices. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app or its contents.
In-App Purchases FairNoiz offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock additional sounds. All purchases are final and processed by Apple. Pricing and available purchase options are subject to change at any time. Purchases are managed through RevenueCat and are subject to Apple’s App Store terms.
No Warranties FairNoiz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, FairNoiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing Law These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app is used.
Changes to These Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
