Applicable Apps

These Terms of Service apply to the following mobile applications:

SlitherID (Snake Identifier)
AntiqID (Antique & Art Identifier)
Opal ID (Rock & Gemstone Identifier)
KobanID (Coin Identifier)

All references to “the App” or “our App” in these Terms refer to any and all of the applications listed above.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any of our identifier applications (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer and operator of these applications.

3. Description of Service

Our Apps are mobile applications that use artificial intelligence to identify subjects from photographs. Users can:

Take photos using their device camera
Upload existing photos from their device gallery
Receive AI-generated identification results including detailed information
Store identification history locally on their device

The Apps use OpenAI’s technology to analyze photos and provide identification results.

4. CRITICAL DISCLAIMERS AND WARNINGS

4.1 Educational and Informational Purpose Only

IMPORTANT: Our Apps are designed solely for educational, informational, and identification purposes. They are NOT:

Professional advice (medical, veterinary, safety, legal, or otherwise)
Emergency response guidance
A substitute for professional expert consultation
A tool for making safety, health, or risk-assessment decisions
Certified, verified, or officially recognized identification tools

IF YOU ARE IN A SITUATION REQUIRING PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE:

Seek immediate professional help from qualified experts
Do NOT rely on this app for critical decisions
Do NOT delay seeking professional assistance while waiting for identification results
Contact emergency services if there is any danger or urgent concern

4.2 Accuracy Limitations

AI-POWERED IDENTIFICATION IS NOT 100% ACCURATE. The Apps use artificial intelligence technology which has inherent limitations:

Identification results may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading
Results depend on photo quality, lighting, angle, and other factors
Similar-looking subjects may be misidentified
The AI model may not recognize all possible subjects worldwide
Results may vary even for photos of the same subject
New, rare, or regional variants may not be accurately identified
The AI may misinterpret context or miss important details

NEVER make important decisions based solely on this app’s identification. Always:

Verify results with qualified experts or authoritative sources
Exercise appropriate caution based on the situation
Consider multiple sources of information
Use common sense and follow safety protocols

4.3 User Responsibility and Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

You assume all risks associated with using this App and acting on its results
You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions
We are not responsible for any consequences of using or relying on the App
You will use appropriate caution and follow all applicable safety guidelines
You will verify information when the stakes are high or uncertainty exists

We strongly recommend:

Consulting qualified experts for verification when needed
Following all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines
Exercising appropriate caution in all situations
Not handling, approaching, or interacting with potentially dangerous subjects
Maintaining safe distances and following best practices
Teaching children appropriate safety guidelines before using the App

5. No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
That results will meet your requirements or expectations

We do not warrant that:

The App will meet your specific requirements
Identification results will be accurate, complete, or reliable
The App will be available at all times
Any errors or defects will be corrected
The App is free from viruses or other harmful components
The AI model has been trained on all possible subjects or scenarios

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

Inaccurate or incorrect identification results
Decisions made based on identification results
Any injury, harm, damage, or loss resulting from reliance on the App
Interaction with subjects identified by the App
Delays in seeking professional assistance
Medical, health, safety, or financial consequences
Property damage or loss
Data loss or corruption
Interruption of service
Any other direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

Personal injury or death
Medical or veterinary expenses
Property damage
Financial losses
Lost opportunities
Emotional distress
Loss of data or device damage
Any harm resulting from using or being unable to use the App

You acknowledge that using any identification app involves inherent limitations and that you use the App entirely at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mayank Yadav, his affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Any decisions made based on identification results
Any injury, harm, or damage resulting from your actions or reliance on the App
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you submit through the App
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

8. User Eligibility and Age Requirements

Our Apps are rated 4+ by the Apple App Store. However:

Users under 18 should use the App under parental supervision
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring children’s use
Children should be educated about appropriate safety practices before using the App
We recommend adult supervision when children are using the App, particularly when dealing with subjects that may require safety considerations

9. Acceptable Use

When using our Apps, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not use the App for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate activities
Not rely solely on the App for critical decisions
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use the App in any way that could damage our systems or services
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect intellectual property rights
Use the App responsibly and ethically

9.1 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the App to:

Make professional, medical, safety, or emergency decisions
Violate any laws or regulations
Harass, harm, or endanger people, animals, or property
Bypass any App limitations or security measures
Submit inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
Interfere with others’ use of the App
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Collect user information without consent

10. Subscription Terms

Our Apps offer subscription-based premium features:

10.1 Subscription Tiers

Free Tier: Limited identifications per day (subject to change)
Premium Subscription: Unlimited identifications and additional features (subject to change)
Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for unlimited access (subject to change)

Specific features and limits may vary by app.

10.1.1 Lifetime Purchase Terms

IMPORTANT: “Lifetime” purchases refer to access for the operational lifetime of the App, not the purchaser’s lifetime. By purchasing a lifetime plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the App itself, not your lifetime or any guaranteed time period
We provide lifetime access on a best-effort basis only
We may discontinue, shut down, or cease operations of any App at any time for any reason
If an App is discontinued, your lifetime access ends when the App ceases operation
We are not obligated to maintain, support, or operate any App indefinitely
You are not entitled to refunds if the App is discontinued, even shortly after purchase (subject to applicable consumer protection laws)
Lifetime access depends on third-party services (OpenAI, Apple, etc.) remaining available
Features may be added, removed, or modified even with a lifetime purchase
We do not guarantee any minimum operational period for the App

No Guarantees: Lifetime purchases come with no warranty regarding how long the App will remain operational. Apps may be discontinued due to:

Business decisions or changes in strategy
Technical or operational difficulties
Changes in third-party service availability or pricing
Legal or regulatory requirements
Financial considerations
Low user adoption or other business factors

Best Effort Commitment: While we intend to operate our Apps for as long as reasonably feasible, we make no promises or guarantees about the duration of service.

10.2 Subscription Management

Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store
Billing is handled by Apple according to their terms
We use RevenueCat to process and manage subscriptions
Pricing and features are subject to change with notice

10.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You will be charged through your Apple App Store account
You can cancel anytime through your App Store subscription settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

10.4 Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to:

Modify subscription pricing
Change free tier limitations
Add or remove subscription features
Introduce new subscription tiers

Current subscribers will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification by Apple.

10.5 Refunds

Refunds are subject to Apple’s App Store refund policy. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests. We do not process refunds directly.

For Lifetime Purchases:

No refunds will be provided if the App is discontinued after your purchase, regardless of how soon after purchase this occurs
This policy applies even if the App is shut down days, weeks, or months after your lifetime purchase
By purchasing a lifetime plan, you accept this risk and waive any right to refunds based on App discontinuation
Exceptions may apply only where required by applicable consumer protection laws

11. Intellectual Property Rights

11.1 App Ownership

Our Apps, including all content, features, functionality, design, code, and materials, are owned by Mayank Yadav and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11.2 User Content

You retain ownership of photos you submit to the App
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for identification purposes
We do not claim ownership of your photos
Your photos are processed by OpenAI’s API according to our Privacy Policy
Identification results generated by the App remain on your device

11.3 Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use the App’s name, logo, or branding without permission
Create derivative works based on the App
Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App

12. Third-Party Services

Our Apps rely on third-party services including:

OpenAI: For AI-powered identification
RevenueCat: For subscription management
UXCam: For analytics and user experience improvement
Apple App Store: For distribution and payment processing

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

Third-party service availability or performance
Changes to third-party services
Third-party data practices or security
Costs or charges imposed by third parties
Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

13. Data and Privacy

Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

Key points:

We do not collect personal information or require accounts
Photos are stored locally on your device
Photos are sent to OpenAI for identification
We use analytics services to improve the App
You can delete your data by uninstalling the App

14. Modifications to the App and Terms

14.1 App Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time
Update the App to improve functionality or fix bugs
Change identification algorithms or AI models
Add or remove features without notice
Change subscription terms and pricing
Shut down or cease operations of any App permanently

Important for Lifetime Purchasers: Even if you have purchased lifetime access, we retain the right to discontinue the App entirely. Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the App’s operations, not a guarantee that the App will operate indefinitely.

We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuation of the App or its features, including to lifetime purchasers.

14.2 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by:

Updating the “Last Updated” date at the top
Posting revised Terms within the App
Sending notification through the App or email

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.

15. Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by:

Uninstalling the App from your device
Canceling any active subscriptions through the App Store

15.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your access to the App for violating these Terms
Discontinue the App entirely at any time
Refuse service to anyone for any reason
Remove features or limit functionality

Upon termination:

Your right to use the App immediately ceases
Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it
Subscription charges may continue until you cancel through the App Store
Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

16. Geographic Availability

Our Apps are available worldwide through the Apple App Store, subject to:

Apple’s regional availability
Local laws and regulations
Third-party service availability in your region
Identification accuracy may vary by geographic region based on the AI model’s training data

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable local laws.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

17.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute:

Contact us first at hi@fitdaily.in to attempt informal resolution
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in India
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action

17.3 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mayank Yadav regarding your use of our Apps and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

20. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

21. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without your consent.

22. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God, natural disasters
War, terrorism, civil unrest
Government actions or regulations
Internet or telecommunications failures
Third-party service outages (OpenAI, Apple, etc.)
Pandemics or public health emergencies

By using any of our Apps, you acknowledge that:

You agree to be bound by these Terms
You understand the risks and limitations of AI-powered identification
You will not rely solely on the App for important decisions
You accept all liability for your actions and decisions
You are using the App entirely at your own risk
You will exercise appropriate caution and seek expert verification when needed

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE APP.

These Terms of Service apply to all apps listed at the top of this document and govern your use of any of these applications.

6. 責任の制限

9.1 禁止される使用

お客様は以下の目的でアプリを使用してはなりません:

法律または規制に違反すること
人、動物、または財産に嫌がらせをしたり、害を与えたり、危険にさらしたりすること
アプリの制限またはセキュリティ対策を回避すること
不適切、違法、または有害なコンテンツを送信すること
他者のアプリの使用を妨害すること
当社のシステムへの不正アクセスを試みること
同意なしにユーザー情報を収集すること

10. サブスクリプション条件

当社のアプリは、サブスクリプションベースのプレミアム機能を提供します:

10.1 サブスクリプション階層

無料階層: 1日あたりの識別回数に制限あり(変更される場合があります)
プレミアムサブスクリプション: 無制限の識別と追加機能(変更される場合があります)
ライフタイム購入: 無制限アクセスのための1回限りの支払い(変更される場合があります)

特定の機能と制限はアプリによって異なる場合があります。

10.1.1 ライフタイム購入条件

重要: 「ライフタイム」購入とは、購入者のライフタイムではなく、アプリの運用期間中のアクセスを指します。ライフタイムプランを購入することにより、お客様は以下を認識し、同意します:

「ライフタイム」とはアプリ自体のライフタイムを意味します、お客様のライフタイムまたは保証された期間ではありません
当社はライフタイムアクセスをベストエフォートベースでのみ提供します
当社はいつでも理由を問わず、アプリの運用を中止、シャットダウン、または停止する場合があります
アプリが中止された場合、お客様のライフタイムアクセスはアプリの運用が停止したときに終了します
当社は義務を負いません アプリを無期限に維持、サポート、または運用すること
お客様は返金を受ける権利がありません 購入後すぐであってもアプリが中止された場合(適用される消費者保護法による場合を除く)
ライフタイムアクセスはサードパーティサービス(OpenAI、Appleなど)が引き続き利用可能であることに依存します
ライフタイム購入であっても、機能が追加、削除、または変更される場合があります
当社はアプリの最小運用期間を保証しません

保証なし: ライフタイム購入には、アプリがどれくらいの期間運用されるかについての保証はありません。アプリは以下の理由で中止される場合があります:

ビジネス上の決定または戦略の変更
技術的または運用上の困難
サードパーティサービスの可用性または価格の変更

10.2 サブスクリプション管理

サブスクリプションはAppleのApp Storeを通じて管理されます
請求はAppleの条件に従ってAppleによって処理されます
当社はサブスクリプションの処理と管理にRevenueCatを使用します
価格と機能は通知とともに変更される場合があります

10.3 請求と更新

サブスクリプションはキャンセルされない限り自動的に更新されます
お客様のApple App Storeアカウントを通じて請求されます
App Storeのサブスクリプション設定からいつでもキャンセルできます
キャンセルは現在の請求期間の終了時に有効になります
法律で義務付けられている場合を除き、部分的なサブスクリプション期間の返金はありません

10.4 サブスクリプション条件の変更

無料階層の制限の変更
サブスクリプション機能の追加または削除
新しいサブスクリプション階層の導入

終了時:

ローカルに保存されたデータは削除するまでお客様のデバイスに残ります
App Storeを通じてキャンセルするまでサブスクリプション料金が継続される場合があります
終了後も存続すべき本規約の規定は有効に残ります

16. 地理的な利用可能性

当社のアプリは、Apple App Storeを通じて世界中で利用可能ですが、以下の条件があります:

Appleの地域的な利用可能性
現地の法律および規制
お客様の地域におけるサードパーティサービスの利用可能性
識別の精度は、AIモデルのトレーニングデータに基づいて地理的地域によって異なる場合があります

お客様は、アプリの使用がすべての適用される現地法を遵守することを確認する責任があります。

17. 準拠法と紛争

17.1 準拠法

本規約は、法の抵触に関する原則を考慮することなく、インドの法律に準拠します。本規約またはお客様のアプリの使用から生じる紛争は、インドに所在する裁判所の専属管轄権の対象となります。

17.2 紛争解決

紛争が発生した場合:

まずhi@fitdaily.inに連絡して非公式な解決を試みてください
非公式な解決が失敗した場合、紛争はインドでの拘束力のある仲裁を通じて解決されます
お客様は陪審裁判またはクラスアクションの権利を放棄することに同意します

17.3 例外

Nuestras Aplicaciones son aplicaciones móviles que utilizan inteligencia artificial para identificar objetos a partir de fotografías. Los usuarios pueden:

Cargar fotos existentes desde la galería de su dispositivo
Recibir resultados de identificación generados por IA que incluyen información detallada
Almacenar el historial de identificación localmente en su dispositivo

Las Aplicaciones utilizan la tecnología de OpenAI para analizar fotos y proporcionar resultados de identificación.

4. DESCARGOS DE RESPONSABILIDAD Y ADVERTENCIAS CRÍTICAS

4.1 Propósito educativo e informativo únicamente

IMPORTANTE: Nuestras Aplicaciones están diseñadas únicamente con fines educativos, informativos y de identificación. NO son:

Asesoramiento profesional (médico, veterinario, de seguridad, legal o de otro tipo)
Orientación de respuesta a emergencias

LA IDENTIFICACIÓN IMPULSADA POR IA NO ES 100% PRECISA. Las Aplicaciones utilizan tecnología de inteligencia artificial que tiene limitaciones inherentes:

Los resultados de identificación pueden ser incorrectos, incompletos o engañosos
Los resultados dependen de la calidad de la foto, la iluminación, el ángulo y otros factores
Los objetos de aspecto similar pueden ser identificados incorrectamente
El modelo de IA puede no reconocer todos los objetos posibles en todo el mundo
Los resultados pueden variar incluso para fotos del mismo objeto
Las variantes nuevas, raras o regionales pueden no ser identificadas con precisión
La IA puede malinterpretar el contexto o perder detalles importantes

Verifique los resultados con expertos calificados o fuentes autorizadas

La Aplicación esté libre de virus u otros componentes dañinos
El modelo de IA haya sido entrenado en todos los objetos o escenarios posibles

6. Limitación de responsabilidad

EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY APLICABLE:

NO SEREMOS RESPONSABLES DE NINGÚN DAÑO QUE SURJA DE:

Resultados de identificación inexactos o incorrectos
Decisiones tomadas basadas en los resultados de identificación
Cualquier lesión, daño, perjuicio o pérdida resultante de la confianza en la Aplicación
Interacción con objetos identificados por la Aplicación
Retrasos en la búsqueda de asistencia profesional

Pérdida o corrupción de datos
Interrupción del servicio

7. Indemnización

Los padres y tutores son responsables de monitorear el uso de los niños
Los niños deben ser educados sobre prácticas de seguridad apropiadas antes de usar la Aplicación
Recomendamos supervisión adulta cuando los niños estén usando la Aplicación, particularmente cuando se trate de objetos que puedan requerir consideraciones de seguridad

9. Uso aceptable

Al usar nuestras Aplicaciones, usted acepta:

Usar la Aplicación solo para fines legales

10. Términos de suscripción

Nuestras Aplicaciones ofrecen funciones premium basadas en suscripción:

10.1 Niveles de suscripción

Nivel gratuito: Identificaciones limitadas por día (sujeto a cambios)
Suscripción Premium: Identificaciones ilimitadas y funciones adicionales (sujeto a cambios)
Compra de por vida: Pago único para acceso ilimitado (sujeto a cambios)

Las funciones específicas y los límites pueden variar según la aplicación.

10.1.1 Términos de compra de por vida

IMPORTANTE: Las compras “de por vida” se refieren al acceso durante la vida operativa de la Aplicación, no la vida del comprador. Al comprar un plan de por vida, usted reconoce y acepta que:

“De por vida” significa la vida de la Aplicación misma, no su vida o cualquier período de tiempo garantizado
Proporcionamos acceso de por vida solo en base al mejor esfuerzo
Podemos discontinuar, cerrar o cesar las operaciones de cualquier Aplicación en cualquier momento por cualquier motivo
Si se discontinúa una Aplicación, su acceso de por vida termina cuando la Aplicación cesa operaciones

10.2 Gestión de suscripciones

Las suscripciones se gestionan a través del App Store de Apple
La facturación es manejada por Apple de acuerdo con sus términos
Usamos RevenueCat para procesar y gestionar suscripciones
Los precios y las funciones están sujetos a cambios con previo aviso

10.3 Facturación y renovación

Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente a menos que se cancelen
Se le cobrará a través de su cuenta del App Store de Apple
Puede cancelar en cualquier momento a través de la configuración de suscripciones del App Store
La cancelación surte efecto al final del período de facturación actual

10.4 Cambios en los términos de suscripción

10.5 Reembolsos

Para compras de por vida:

Usar el nombre, logotipo o marca de la Aplicación sin permiso
Crear obras derivadas basadas en la Aplicación

12. Servicios de terceros

Las fotos se almacenan localmente en su dispositivo
Las fotos se envían a OpenAI para identificación

14. Modificaciones a la Aplicación y los Términos

Importante para compradores de por vida: Incluso si ha comprado acceso de por vida, conservamos el derecho de discontinuar la Aplicación por completo. No somos responsables de ninguna modificación, suspensión o discontinuación de la Aplicación o sus funciones, incluyendo a los compradores de por vida.

15.1 Terminación por su parte

Puede dejar de usar la Aplicación en cualquier momento mediante:

Desinstalar la Aplicación de su dispositivo
Cancelar cualquier suscripción activa a través del App Store

15.2 Terminación por nuestra parte

Nos reservamos el derecho de:

Suspender o terminar su acceso a la Aplicación por violar estos Términos
Discontinuar la Aplicación por completo en cualquier momento
Rechazar el servicio a cualquier persona por cualquier motivo
Eliminar funciones o limitar la funcionalidad

Al terminar:

Su derecho a usar la Aplicación cesa inmediatamente
Los datos almacenados localmente permanecen en su dispositivo hasta que los elimine
Los cargos de suscripción pueden continuar hasta que cancele a través del App Store
Las disposiciones de estos Términos que deben sobrevivir a la terminación permanecerán vigentes

16. Disponibilidad geográfica

Nuestras Aplicaciones están disponibles en todo el mundo a través del Apple App Store, sujeto a:

Disponibilidad regional de Apple
Leyes y regulaciones locales
Disponibilidad de servicios de terceros en su región
La precisión de identificación puede variar según la región geográfica según los datos de entrenamiento del modelo de IA

Usted es responsable de asegurar que su uso de la Aplicación cumpla con todas las leyes locales aplicables.

17. Ley aplicable y disputas

17.1 Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de India, sin tener en cuenta los principios de conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa que surja de estos Términos o su uso de la Aplicación estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales ubicados en India.

17.2 Resolución de disputas

En caso de cualquier disputa:

Contáctenos primero en hi@fitdaily.in para intentar una resolución informal
Si la resolución informal falla, las disputas se resolverán mediante arbitraje vinculante en India
Usted acepta renunciar a cualquier derecho a un juicio con jurado o acción de clase

17.3 Excepciones

Nada en estos Términos limita sus derechos bajo las leyes de protección al consumidor aplicables que no pueden ser renunciadas por acuerdo.

18. Divisibilidad

Si alguna disposición de estos Términos se considera inválida, ilegal o inaplicable, las disposiciones restantes continuarán en pleno vigor y efecto. La disposición inválida se modificará en la medida mínima necesaria para hacerla válida y ejecutable.

19. Acuerdo completo

Estos Términos, junto con nuestra Política de Privacidad, constituyen el acuerdo completo entre usted y Mayank Yadav con respecto a su uso de nuestras Aplicaciones y reemplazan todos los acuerdos y entendimientos anteriores.

20. Sin renuncia

Nuestro fracaso en hacer cumplir cualquier disposición de estos Términos no constituye una renuncia de esa disposición o nuestro derecho a hacerla cumplir en el futuro.

21. Asignación

22. Fuerza mayor

Acciones o regulaciones gubernamentales
Fallas de Internet o telecomunicaciones
Interrupciones de servicios de terceros (OpenAI, Apple, etc.)
Pandemias o emergencias de salud pública

25. Reconocimiento

No confiará únicamente en la Aplicación para decisiones importantes
